Board of Finance – In her first term on the Board of Finance, Sheri Gordon has made investment in our town assets a priority, including the renovation of the Library, the expansion of the Senior Center, improvements at Compo Beach, and renovations of our schools, while continuing to emphasize fiscal responsibility on behalf of all taxpayers. Prior to her election in 2015, an election that gave control of the Board to the Democrats, Sheri served on the Zoning Board of Appeals (2008-2015). Before committing herself to public service, Sheri practiced law at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. She is a graduate of Cornell University and NYU School of Law.
