Lynette Pineda has over 23 years of commercial real estate debt and equity investment experience at major global institutions. Prior to this, she was an accountant for three years. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Assessment Appeals, the position for which she is running in the November 2021 election, in addition to serving the Westport community as a leader of BSA Troop 139 and a volunteer EMT. Originally born and raised in New York City, she has raised her three children in Westport for over ten years.
Lynette is a member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPHA) and The Financial Executives Networking Group. She is also on the board of directors for the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council, a non-profit trade association of life insurance companies engaged in commercial real estate lending.
